Consistent, ongoing care designed to keep the main areas of your home feeling calm, tidy, and under control. This service focuses on the high-traffic spaces you use most, including the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and master bedroom. A rotational maintenance system is used to ensure different areas receive focused attention over time. This service is suited to homes that have already been reset and are maintained regularly. Pricing: Prices start from $180 per visit for smaller homes. Pricing may vary for larger homes or additional time requirements. Booking Fee: A $50 booking fee is required to secure your ongoing booking. This acts as a bond and helps prevent short-notice cancellations, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness, reliability, and consistent service for all clients, the following booking policy applies to all Maid To You services. • A $50 bond is required to secure your cleaning appointment • The $50 bond will remain on your account while you are an active client • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the $50 bond being retained as the cancellation fee • Missed appointments or no-shows without notice will result in the $50 bond being retained • Clients must contact Maid To You directly to cancel or reschedule their booking When you finish using Maid To You services, and no late cancellations or no-show appointments have occurred, the $50 bond will be returned. Please note: Maid To You provides professional cleaning and housekeeping services. We are cleaners, not magicians. Results depend on the condition and ongoing maintenance of the home. Additional time or services may be required if a property is significantly soiled or has not been maintained. By booking with Maid To You, you agree to value each other’s time, communicate honestly, and maintain a respectful working relationship. Our goal is to deliver a consistently high-quality service and a calm, well-cared-for home every visit.
