A comprehensive, detailed clean designed to properly reset your home and establish a strong foundation for ongoing care. This service focuses on built-up grime, detail areas, and spaces that don’t receive regular attention, bringing your home back to a clean, balanced baseline. It’s the ideal starting point for clients wanting consistent, high-quality maintenance moving forward. This is not a quick clean. It is a full reset that sets the standard for your home. Includes a full oven clean, and bed linen changing. Pricing: Prices start from $400 for smaller homes. Larger homes or homes requiring additional time will be priced accordingly. Booking Fee: All bookings require a $50 booking fee, which acts as a bond to secure your appointment and helps prevent last-minute cancellations, in line with our Terms & Conditions. Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness, reliability, and consistent service for all clients, the following booking policy applies to all Maid To You services. • A $50 bond is required to secure your cleaning appointment • The $50 bond will remain on your account while you are an active client • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the $50 bond being retained as the cancellation fee • Missed appointments or no-shows without notice will result in the $50 bond being retained • Clients must contact Maid To You directly to cancel or reschedule their booking When you finish using Maid To You services, and no late cancellations or no-show appointments have occurred, the $50 bond will be returned. Please note: Maid To You provides professional cleaning and housekeeping services. We are cleaners, not magicians. Results depend on the condition and ongoing maintenance of the home. Additional time or services may be required if a property is significantly soiled or has not been maintained. By booking with Maid To You, you agree to value each other’s time, communicate honestly, and maintain a respectful working relationship.
